What do I pay today?
Requesting access is free. Once admitted, you can test the workspace free until commercial launch with your own AI and computer; no card needed. Managed AI and compute require a separate payment or an approved funded grant. The plan prices on this page apply from launch.
What do admitted accounts get after launch?
An admitted account is eligible for 30% off one company for 12 months after commercial launch. Registration alone does not grant the benefit. Contact support to apply it to a company you manage for billing.
Do people or agents cost per seat?

Can I use my own Claude Code or Codex plan?
Yes, on every plan. Bring your own AI plan or API key: your provider bills you directly, and we add no inference fee. One person's plan is for that person's own work. A shared machine that serves a team needs a Team or Enterprise plan or an API key. Work Machines run on Linux today; macOS is on the way.
What is managed capacity?
A Work Machine we run for you, plus hosted models, for teams that want no setup. It is optional and separate from the plan. During the beta it requires a separate payment or an approved funded grant.
Will there be a free trial after launch?
Yes. After launch you can try Autopilot free for 14 days on your own computer with your own AI. Managed capacity requires a separate payment or an approved funded grant.
How does a plan renew, and how do I cancel?
A plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in your company's billing section, and it takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays readable and exportable for 90 days after that. The details are in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
A monthly plan is not refunded for a month that has started. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. Top-up credit is not refunded unless we end the service. Where the payment partner's policy is more favourable to you, that policy applies. See the Terms.
Who takes the payment?
Payment is handled by Stripe's merchant of record, Sold through Link, LLC. QUESTPIE is the seller and the provider of the service. Our Privacy Policy says what each of us receives.
What support do I get?
Support is by email, with an answer within two working days. Business adds priority handling and help with your rollout.
